A:

Arrival:  Your room will be ready for check-in at 2:00 pm

 

B:

Bathrobes:  Bathrobes are available without charge at the front desk.

Bars: Kronenbar:

The cocktail bar opens at 8:30 p.m., Tuesday to Saturday.

 

Rebkeller Bar:

The “Rebkeller” wine bar is open daily from 5:00 p.m. until 0:30 a.m.

Our three nine-pin bowling alleys are located directly next to the “Rebkeller”.

 

Piano Bar in hotel lobby:

Our Piano Bar in the hotel lobby serves aperitifs from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m, Tuesday to Saturday

 

Beauty Oasis: The team at our Beauty Oasis at the Silberdistel building is ready to coddle you with massages and beauty treatments. Call to make an appointment at phone no. 440. In our brochure in your room or at the reception you can find more details.

 

Billiard: Billiard tables are in the front of the Krone Bar and on the lower ground floor in the “Silberdistel” building.

 

Breakfast:  Our breakfast is served from 6.30-10.30 a.m.

 

Bike Riding:  You can rent a bicycle or an electric bike at the reception.

 

C:

Car Rental:  Car rental can be arranged at the front desk.

 

Computer:   You will find a computer desk with printer in the lobby.

 

Catamaran:  The catamaran ferry (for pedestrians and bicycles) is the perfect way of transport for your trip to the city of Constance. The ferry is departing in the city centre of Friedrichshafen near the Zeppelin museum. We have a lower price for tickets. Please contact the front desk.

 

Credit cards:  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Diners and Eurocheque cards.

 

Children:  Childrens-playground and miniature golf course is next to the “Landhaus Krone”. An indoor-playroom for our younger guests you will find in our “Haus Sonnbüchel”. You can also find play-areas next to the breakfast room and in the restaurant.

 

Church:  Services are held in the church of St. Peter and Paul every Sunday.

 

D:

Departure:  Please check-out of your room until 11:00 a.m. on your day of departure.

 

Distillery:  You will find our distillery behind the indoor tennis court. Pears, plums and cherries from our own orchards are used as the ingredients for smooth-tasting schnaps which you can taste them in the bar and restaurant or purchase at the front desk.

 

Doctors / Pharmacy:  Please ask for detailed information at the front desk.

 

Dogs:  If you intend to bring your dog with you, please let us know in advance.  . We charge 12,00 Euro per dog per night (dog food is not included). Dogs are allowed in the restaurant but not in the breakfast room. We request dog-owners to walk their dogs in the fields behind the hotel and around Schnetzenhausen, not on the hotel grounds. Please use a bag for the animal excrements.

 

E:

Environment:  Help to defend the environment. Towels on the floor will be changed; towels hang on the rail will be used again.

 

F:

Fax:  You are welcome to send and receive faxes via our fax no. +497541 43601. We charge € 0, 25 per page.

 

Fire:  Escape routes are in your room. In case of a fire alarm please leave the hotel immediately via the escape route. Do not use the elevators.

 

Flowers:  We will be happy to arrange flowers for you – please let us know your requirements one day in advance so we can contact the florist.

 

G:

Golf:  18 hole golf courses can be found in Owingen-Überlingen (28 km away) and Ravensburg-Schmalegg (25 km away). A reduced green fee can be arranged at the front desk.

 

H:

Hairdresser:  The Claudia Benz Hair Studio in our “Haus Silberdistel” is open. Please call 441 for an appointment

 

Housekeeping:   If you like to have new towels and new bed linen daily, just ask at the reception desk.

 

I:

Internet: W-Lan is free of charge in the whole house. Please ask for a voucher at the front desk.

 

Iron:   We offer an iron service. Just ask at the reception desk.

 

J:

Jogging:  There are several circular paths in and around Schnetzenhausen – please ask at the front desk.

 

L:

Laundry:  Clothes which you want to have laundered should be placed in the laundry bag. Please left the bag on your bed or drop it off at the front desk together with a completed laundry order form. Please note that pants, jackets and coats and other delicate garments will not be laundered in our laundry. If you want to have them dry-cleaned we recommend “Weber” in Friedrichshafen Fischbach.

M:

Map:  You can get a map of Friedrichshafen with information, sight-seeing and excursions at the front desk.

 

Massage:  The team at our OASIS SUN SPA will be happy to arrange an appointment with you. Just call 440 or walk in.

 

Meeting/ Conferences:  We have 8 conference rooms ranging from 25m² to 160m^2.

 

Mini golf:  Our miniature golf course is situated next to the “Landhaus Krone” on the far side of the outdoor pool. Rackets and balls are available free of charge at the reception.

 

N:

Newspapers:  German daily newspapers are at the front desk and breakfast rooms, free of charge.

 

Nine-pin bowling:  Our three nine-pin bowling alleys are next to the “Rebkeller” and can be booked at the front desk.

 

Non-Smokers:  All our rooms are non-smoking. The restaurant, breakfast room, lobby and bars are also non-smoking areas.

 

P:

Parking:  Parking is available without charge in our underground parking garage and the outdoor parking area.

 

Postcards and stamps:  can be purchased at the front desk. The Krone Postcard is free for our guests.

 

Public transport:  Bus schedules are available at the front desk. The bus stop is next to the church.

Reception/Front desk:  Our front desk is open 24 hours and our staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Just call 400.

S:

Sauna an swimming pool:  Our sauna and pools are free of charge an situated in our “Haus Sonnbüchel”. Opening hours: indoor swimming pool daily from 6.30 a.m. till 9:00 p.m. and sauna 11:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m. For the locker you need 1 Euro coin. Towels are supplied at the swimming pool and sauna-area. Please note, that German saunas are used without bathing suits and mixed. Our heated outdoor swimming pool and sunbathing area are open daily during the summer months from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.

 

Shoe cleaner:  You will find an automatic shoe cleaner in the corridor outside your room.

 

Suggestions:  We are always open for any ideas and suggestions in order to make your stay even more pleasant. At the same time we are also open for criticism.  Please do not hesitate to talk to our staff or fill out our customer survey forms.

 

T:

Table Reservations:  Please call 420 or 400 to make a table reservation.

 

Tennis:  Two indoor tennis courts are available. Please ask at the front-desk.

 

Tanning booth:  Our tanning booth solarium is situated in the work out room on the lower ground floor of the “Haus Silberdistel”. Coins can be purchased at the front desk or from the pool attendant (after 2:00 p.m).

 

W:

Wake-up calls:  The telephones in all rooms have an alarm clock function. You can also arrange a wake-up call at the front desk.

 

Work out room:  The work out room is situated on the lower ground floor of the “Haus Silberdistel” and can be used without charge from 6:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m daily.

 

Z:

Zeppelin Museum:  The Zeppelin museum is situated next to the port in the city centre of Friedrichshafen. Admission tickets can be purchased at the front desk for a reduced price.

 

Zeppelin:  We will be pleased to advise you on booking a flight with the new Zeppelin NT airship.
